Faherty began as a youth longing for twin siblings, Mike and Alex. Still, they were ready to show some significant signs of life with the assistance of prime supporters Kerry (otherwise known as Alex's soul mate) and Ninie, the twins' mother.

In recent years, our privately-run company has developed to incorporate 96 competent ladies, 61% of the whole organization. Consistently they push us to learn, change, and grow by testing the meaning of being a design organization.

It's fitting, then, that the 2021 Worldwide Ladies' Day topic is a challenge. Being tested saves us alert — don't underestimate things, remain open to change, and embrace individual obligations.

We'll test ourselves and our general surroundings this year, and we trust you'll do likewise — because, eventually, we are #bettertogether.
